I love this salad! It’s so easy to make and uses a few of my favorite vegetables. I recently discovered radishes and was looking for ways to incorporate it and this is a perfect way!
Ingredients:
- radishes
- cucumbers
- vegan mayo
- dried dill
- garlic
- parsley
- salt and pepper
How to make vegan radish salad?
- Cut the radishes and cucumbers.
- Combine mayo with seasoning.
- Toss everything together.
What to serve with this salad?
I enjoy this salad on a toast, in a lettuce wrap, or with vegan BBQ sandwiches.

- 8-10 radishes
- 1 English cucumber
- 1/4 cup vegan mayo
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp dried dill
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Slice cucumbers and radishes.
- In a bowl, mix mayo with seasoning.
- Toss everything together.
- Serve or refrigerate until ready to serve.
