Instructions
Melt the maple syrup and peanut butter in a bowl in the microwave for 25 seconds. Mix until combined.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until combined.
Line a pan with parchment paper and pour in the mixture.
Place in the refrigerator and freeze for an hour.
Cut into bars and enjoy!
