Vegan Granola Bars

These Vegan Granola Bars are energizing, healthy, and delicious! No baking needed, these bars are the perfect snack to make ahead and have throughout the week.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 1/2 tbsp chocolate chips
  • 1/2 tbsp flax seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp sunflower seeds

Instructions
 

  • Melt the maple syrup and peanut butter in a bowl in the microwave for 25 seconds. Mix until combined.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until combined.
  • Line a pan with parchment paper and pour in the mixture.
  • Place in the refrigerator and freeze for an hour.
  • Cut into bars and enjoy!
