Vegan Banana Pancakes

Ingredients

banana

vanilla extract

maple syrup

almond milk

all-purpose flour

tbsp
baking powder
A pinch of salt
Instructions
In a large bowl, mash the banana with a fork until smooth.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until well combined.
Place a pan on the stove over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup of batter on the pan, leaving space in between.
Cook until you see bubbles on the surface and edges look drier. Flip and continue to cook. Once done, transfer to a plate.
Repeat until batter is gone.
Serve with fresh fruit, peanut butter, or maple syrup.
