Vegan Banana Pancakes

Healthy, fluffy, and absolutely delicious, these Vegan Banana Pancakes are an amazing breakfast! Top with fresh fruits and peanut butter or maple syrup, and you'll have a sweet breakfast in no time.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp baking powder
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mash the banana with a fork until smooth.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until well combined.
  • Place a pan on the stove over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup of batter on the pan, leaving space in between.
  • Cook until you see bubbles on the surface and edges look drier. Flip and continue to cook. Once done, transfer to a plate.
  • Repeat until batter is gone.
  • Serve with fresh fruit, peanut butter, or maple syrup.
  • Enjoy!
