Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups vegetable stock
  • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 tsps onion powder
  • 2 tsps garlic powder
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme
  • 1 1/2 tbsps nutritional yeast
  • 3 tsps soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a large saucepan, whisk all ingredients together until smooth.
  • Cook over medium heat until bubbles.
  • Lower the heat to medium-low, and simmer until sauce thickens.
  • Let cool to further thicken the sauce.
  • Serve over mashed potatoes.
  • Enjoy.
