Make these easy and healthy Overnight Oats and enjoy in the morning the next day. My favorite combo is peanut butter and banana!

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup of rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
  • 2 teaspoons of brown sugar or coconut sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of flax seeds
  • 1/2 of a banana cut into discs
  • 3/4 cup of your favorite plant-based milk

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a bowl.
  • Mix with a spoon.
  • Place in a bowl or a jar with a lid.
  • Place in the fridge overnight.
  • In the morning, top with either dried cranberries, chopped nuts, blueberries, chocolate chips, or all of the above!!⁣
