Ingredients
Roughly four cups fresh cauliflower florets

tsps
minced garlic
1/4
cup
vegetable broth/water from cooking cauliflower
1/4
cup
almond milk
1
tbsp
nutritional yeast
1
tsp
sea salt
1
tsp
pepper
Instructions
Wash and cut cauliflower into florets.
Place in a large pot.
Fill with water.
Cook until cauliflower is tender.
Take cauliflower out and place it on a baking sheet or in a bowl. Wait until cool.
In a blender, add cauliflower, garlic, almond milk, water from cooking, nutritional yeast, and seasoning.
Blend until smooth consistency.
Pour over noodles and enjoy!
