Vegan Alfredo Sauce

Creamy and flavorful, this Vegan Alfredo Sauce is delicious and 100% dairy-free. Serve with your favorite noodles and you have the perfect pasta dish in no time!

Ingredients
  

  • Roughly four cups fresh cauliflower florets
  • 2 tsps minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup vegetable broth/water from cooking cauliflower
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Instructions
 

  • Wash and cut cauliflower into florets.
  • Place in a large pot.
  • Fill with water.
  • Cook until cauliflower is tender.
  • Take cauliflower out and place it on a baking sheet or in a bowl. Wait until cool.
  • In a blender, add cauliflower, garlic, almond milk, water from cooking, nutritional yeast, and seasoning.
  • Blend until smooth consistency.
  • Pour over noodles and enjoy!
