Instructions
In a medium saucepan, combine milk, cocoa powder, chocolate chips, and sugar.
Whisk together.
Heat up over medium heat until the chocolate is melted. Stir often.
Remove from heat. Stir in salt and vanilla.
Serve with coconut whipped cream.
