cooked brown rice

medium onion
chopped
2
stalks celery
chopped
2
garlic cloves
2
cups
of corn
sweet pea, and carrot mix

soy sauce

sesame oil

black pepper
Instructions
Before starting, make sure you have two cups of rice that was cooked the day before and chilled overnight.
Heat oil in a pan.
Saute the onions, celery, and garlic until onions are almost translucent. Stir often.
Add the corn, sweet pea, and carrot mix, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Cook while stirring often until the vegetables are defrosted.
Add the rice, and cook until heated.
Serve and enjoy!
