Nothing says holiday meals like stuffing. This Vegan Stuffing is the perfect no-dairy version of the classic favorite!
I recommend this dish alongside my Vegan Mashed Potatoes.

Since I started making vegan dishes, stuffing was one that I wanted to create for the holidays this year. No more box stuff! This from-scratch version is so much better.
This stuffing is 100% dairy-free, soft with a crispy top, and lots of flavor! Plus, it’s easy and barely takes any effort!
Ingredients:
- bread: French or Italian
 - vegetables: celery, onion, garlic
 - oil
 - vegetable stock
 - seasoning: fresh herbs
 

How to make vegan stuffing:
- Cut bread into small squares.
 - Toast in the oven.
 - Chop celery and onions.
 - Pour oil into a pan over medium-high heat.
 - Sauté garlic, onions, and celery until onions are translucent.
 - In a large bowl, add toasted bread, sautéd veggies, and seasoning. Toss until mixed.
 - Place in a pan and spread evenly.
 - Pour vegetable stock over.
 - Cover pan with aluminum foil.
 - Bake in the oven for 25 minutes. Afterward, take off foil and cook for another 10 minutes.
 - Let cool.
 - Enjoy!
 


Vegan Stuffing

- 1 loaf French bread
 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
 - 3 celery stalks
 - 3 garlic cloves
 - 1 small white onion
 - 2 teaspoons poultry mix rosemary, thyme, sage
 - 1 teaspoon salt
 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
 - 1 1/2 cups vegetable stock
 
Instructions
- Cut bread into small squares, about 1/2". Spread on a large baking sheet. Let it sit on the counter overnight, or bake in 230° oven for 20-25 minutes or until dry.
 - Chop celery and onions. Mince garlic.
 - Heat up oil in a pan over medium heat.
 - Sauté garlic, onions, and celery until onions are translucent.
 - In a large bowl, add toasted bread, sautéd veggies, and seasoning. Toss until mixed.
 - Place in a 13″x 9″ baking dish and spread evenly.
 - Pour vegetable stock over the bread.
 - Cover pan with aluminum foil.
 - Bake in the oven for 25 minutes. Afterward, take off foil and cook for another 10 minutes.
 - Let cool.
 - Enjoy!
