I love these pancakes because they’re easy, quick, and great to enjoy with your family!
Soft and fluffy, these pancakes are one of my favorite breakfasts, along with my Easy Overnight Oats and Oatmeal recipes.
Ingredients:
- banana: mashed
- flour: I used all-purpose flour but you can use whole wheat too
- vegan milk: I used almond milk
- baking powder
- vanilla extract
- maple syrup
- salt
- toppings: such as fresh fruit, maple syrup or peanut butter, or chocolate chips
How to make vegan banana pancakes?
- Mash the banana until smooth.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Place a pan on medium heat and pour some batter on the pan.
- Flip after 1-2 minutes and cook the other side for 1-2 minutes. Place on a plate after fully cooked.
- Repeat until batter is gone.
- Serve with toppings of your choice and enjoy!
How to store vegan banana pancakes?
Place the pancakes (without toppings) in air-tight glass containers and place them in the fridge. To reheat, place in microwave for 1 minute.

Vegan Banana Pancakes

Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 cups almond milk
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp baking powder
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mash the banana with a fork until smooth.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Place a pan on the stove over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup of batter on the pan, leaving space in between.
- Cook until you see bubbles on the surface and edges look drier. Flip and continue to cook. Once done, transfer to a plate.
- Repeat until batter is gone.
- Serve with fresh fruit, peanut butter, or maple syrup.
- Enjoy!
