This Vegan Avocado Hummus is creamy, light, and absolutely delicious! Using only a few ingredients, this dip is like guacamole and hummus combined—a win-win for everyone!
As a fan of avocados and hummus, this recipe is one of my favorites! The creaminess from the avocados and the nuttiness from the tahini make an amazing combination!
One of the things I love most about this recipe is how easy it is! Just throw everything into a food processor or blender and blend away! Serve with chips, carrots, or crackers, and you have an amazing afternoon snack!

Ingredients:
- avocados: 1 or 2 medium-sized avocados
- chickpeas: drained and rinsed
- tahini: or peanut butter
- garlic cloves: minced
- olive oil: I recommend extra-virgin
- seasoning: salt and ground cumin
- lemon juice: to balance the flavors
How to make avocado hummus?
- Add all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth.
- Add more water if needed.
- Serve with chips, crackers, or carrots.
How to store?
Pour into a glass container with lid. Place in the fridge until ready to serve. Lasts about 2 days.

Vegan Avocado Hummus
Ingredients
- 1-2 medium-sized avocados
- 1 can of chickpeas
- 4 tablespoons of tahini
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2-3 tablespoons water
Instructions
- In a blender, add all ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Add more water if needed.
- Serve with crackers, chips, carrots, and more.
- Enjoy!
